Chien Chien Lu, featuring Richie Goods on bass

Chien Chien Lu is a jazz vibraphonist and composer from Taiwan. As a band leader, she is recognized for her original music and her quartet has performed throughout NY, Canada, Taiwan, China, Japan, Thailand, and Singapore. As a sideman, she performed with Chris Stevens Quintet as part of the John Coltrane Memorial festival and also with the band ?Vertical Current? in a tribute to Roy Ayers. In 2018, Chien Chien joined in Jeremy Pelt's Quintet and recorded on his critically acclaimed record ?Jeremy Pelt The Artist?. That band has toured extensively throughout Europe getting rave reviews.
