Croton Scarecrow Contest
Create an imaginative scarecrow to display in the Upper Village. Entries by individuals, families, organizations, and businesses are welcome. Drop off all entries to 133 Grand St, Croton the Wk of Sept. 26-30th 10AM-5PM. To be displayed Oct. 1st during Croton Fall Festival/Oktoberfest & throughout the month of October.
