Produce comes directly from local farms within 250 miles of the market who bring vegetables, mushrooms, and a butcher?s shop assortment of organic meat including beef, chicken, pork, rabbit ? you can even order an organic turkey right from the farm at Thanksgiving. You can even join a CSA with a certified organic farm. Take home New York State cheese, bouquets of flowers, local honey, and maple syrup, and fresh baked goods including gluten-free options.
