Incorporated in January 2026 by Tuesday Paige McDonald, MPA — a lifelong Peekskill community leader with 30+ years in youth development and 15 years on the Peekskill Board of Education — The Blue Resource Table was built on a foundation of personal commitment and community love that spans more than 3 decades.

In January 2026, Tuesday transformed her life's work into The Blue Resource Table, Inc. — giving this beloved community institution a permanent, independent home dedicated solely to the children and families it serves.
